Arnold Newkirk, 39, of Bordentown City , was charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia after police responded to a domestic call at 11:04 pm Dec. 21, police said. Police said a glass door had been broken, and a hole had been punched in the interior wall of the East Burlington Street residence. Police said Mr. Newkirk returned at 12:33 a.m., forcing open the front door, then fleeing from police. He was lodged in Burlington Country Jail in lieu of $10,000 full bail.
